Delete your Seadays account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Seadays account and associated data.

Option 1: Delete your account in the app

  1. Sign in to Seadays.
  2. Open your Profile page.
  3. Select Delete Account and confirm.

If deletion fails due to a “recent sign-in” requirement, sign out and sign back in, then try again.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot access your account, email support@seadays.co.uk with:

  • The email address used for your Seadays account
  • The subject line: “Delete my Seadays account”

We may ask for information to verify you are the account holder.

What data is deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, we delete or anonymise (as appropriate):

  • Your account record (e.g., name and email address)
  • Your travel/voyage records and related notes
  • Uploaded documents and their associated metadata

What data may be kept (and for how long)

  • Residual copies may remain in backups for up to 30 days before being overwritten.
  • We may retain limited information where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes.
  • We may keep aggregated and anonymised usage statistics that do not identify you.

Timing

We aim to complete account deletion within 30 days of a verified request.
